Carolyn Braddock’s next workshop is on October 10th – Finding Rest in the Midst of Stress: Mind-Body Approaches to Managing Stress. In this one-day workshop you’ll learn ways to calm the nervous system and “bring balance between doing and being in life”. Carolyn teaches simple techniques involving movement, breath, sound, and acupressure that can be effective in as little as two minutes. The workshop will also leave plenty of time to practice the methods you learn that day.
